Orders using ground shipping will arrive within 7 to 10 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays), following credit card authorization.
We do not accept or place orders for addresses outside of the United States of America at the current time. Any order we determine to be for export or for freight forwarding will be canceled and refunded.
We also ask that you use the same billing and shipping information for your order, if possible. Falcon Company Tactical may be forced to put the order on hold until we can verify all the information on the order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate. We are not able to ship orders to a freight forwarding or cargo company.
Please Note: UPS and FedEx do not typically deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Additionally, when we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Please be aware that your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Separate tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is ready to leave the warehouse.
STANDARD SHIPPING PROGRAM
- Ground: $8.25 (Please allow 3-5 business days to process)
- Over 50lbs: Varies (Call or email with questions. Additional charges appear in the cart.)
- Shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO: $15.99 (Flat Rate. If item is over 50lbs additional charges appear in the cart.)
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after the cutoff are processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders are not delivered Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
- Orders to APO/FPO via UPS Sure Post typically take 2-3 weeks.
- We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
- If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and Falcon Company Tactical assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods. In some cases, and for some items, a stolen property report may need to be filed with your local PD for us to work on a refund or replacement.
